 Q1. How to order different length and different in one order?  

For example, if you need Brazilian straight hair 16 18 20 inch with a 16 inch closure, please do as following:

Below 20inch, normally 3 bundles are enough for a full head; above 20inch 4 bundles is better.

As virgin hair , we keep its original state . We will pick out the grey hair before packing , but kindly understand there might be some minimum exist in the bundles .

Q4: Can I wash & blow-dry the hair extensions?

Yes, you can wash them as following steps.You can wash them as you would use your own Shampoo and conditioner.Using a treatment/hair mask every few weeks will help keep them looking healthier and shiny for longer.The extensions can be blow-dryed on low setting, but it is not recommended to do it too often.Let your hair extensions dry naturally after washing them.

Q4: What type of hair care products should I use?

Use good quality shampoo and conditioner, conditioning your hair is very important for keeping it soft and manageable. And you can use products like gel and hair spray to keep the curl in place, but make sure wash your hair and not leave in there products for a long time.

Q5.Is there any customs tax / charge ?

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
